No returns and refunds are permittedon all purchases, however an order can be cancelled if the request is received in writing (alan@landaubooks.com) before 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) the day after the order was placed.
Shipping and Postage:
Currently all tangible book products are shipped or posted from Australia using Australia Post and their standard rates to keep the cost to you, our customer, to a minimum. We are currently looking to find packing agents in key countries around the world to see if we can minimise international shipping/postage costs even further.
